This is our office tour of Sunset Periodontics & Implant Dentistry. We take pride in our state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technologies to provide high-quality dental care. In addition to the 3Shape TRIOS 3D for digital impressions and the 3D cone beam for CT scans, we also utilize the piezosurgery system for precise and minimally invasive procedures. Our office is equipped with six operatories, ensuring efficient and comfortable treatment for our patients.

Dr. Mize holds prestigious credentials and memberships in various dental organizations. He is recognized as a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He actively participates in local dental societies such as the Central District Dental Society, Greater Columbia Dental Association, and South Carolina Dental Association. Additionally, Dr. Mize serves as a post-doctoral clinical instructor at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he travels monthly to Boston to provide instruction on surgical techniques and moderate sedation to residents. He is an esteemed member of the Harvard Odontological Society, a renowned dental organization with a rich history. Furthermore, Dr. Mize contributes to the field of dentistry as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, dedicating his time to training periodontal residents in the graduate clinic.
